Hi there! I am based in Bedford, and specialise in a number of areas, including injury rehabilitation, sports massage, post-operative rehabilitation, and relaxation & stress management.

I have a private clinic where I treat a wide range of conditions, including sports injuries, whiplash injuries and post-operative issues. I lecture in sports massage at the North London School of Sports Massage and I have worked with the Great Britain Goalball Team. Alongside my formal qualifications, I am a keen runner, and a mother of three, so I like to think I can empathise with the goals and real-life problems faced by my patients.
